Guest bossman Guests Posted 14/03/04 05:17 AM Share Posted 14/03/04 05:17 AM 100%, what an awesome run. I was wondering what brakes are you running on? what auto upgrade have you done, the APS upgrade? Is there any other upgrades you needed to do for the APS III, besides the valve springs, of course? Is there any other upgrades you needed to do for the APS III, besides the valve springs, of course? bossman,I have standard brakes. As well as the valve springs, APS installed an Auto trans fluid cooler, just to help the box that was always gonna struggle to handle nearly 800nm of torque! But with the Phase 2 Auto upgrade, she held together fine after a few 11 sec passes on Friday night. No not likely. The convertor has a certain slip speed & bigger brakes won't change that speed, esecially against Mark's engineScotty Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/9599-100-broke-into-the-11s-last-night/page/3/#findComment-101015 Share on other sites
