Hey guys

I have looked at two GT's and on both of them under the top panel of the steering coloum there is a Black/Purple wire which is not used or cut.

Can FORDTECH help out with this issue.

Id had it to be the signal that operates the drivers air bag and after your dead its to late.

Not sure if the turbos have the same issue

maybe it's to disable the ignition barrel when they move it to the push button start

This wire seems to be not used (should it be connected to somthing or remain unconnected if so it should be properly terminated.

I was at the dealer today and looked at some XR turbos and the same wire was not connected. I take its standard on all cars..

May be its a wire for adjustable pedals if they are not fitted. Hows the new baby going mate, are you happy and pleased?
