boost69 Legacy Donating Member 737 Member For: 21y 4m 1d Posted 02/06/15 10:21 PM Posted 02/06/15 10:21 PM (edited) Guys,I have noticed my FG makes a groaning resonating type of noise, under certain conditions.For instance if I accelerate off the lights a bit more rapid than normal say 3/10 throttle...It will shift from first to second and then to third...but while in third as it starts to moderately stretch out third gear I can hear a resonating sound in the middle of the gear...which goes away as the car pushes through the gear...It's like the feel of being in a taller gear than you should be for the speed...not sure if this makes sense...Anyone experience something similar?
