Regardless, the SS logo does look almost identical to the SS logo used by Holden.

Even the Holden Guys think this!

I agree they run neck and neck to around 130, 140 then the V8 stretches its legs.

As for cornering, I find the T at high revs drops its torque making it hard for it to push out of the corners. Hold the SS is second and squeeze the gas and theres definate nuts there. Do this in a clubsport R8 with improved rubber, wheels and brakes and the cornering feel is there characteristicly lke the T. Im intersted to give the XR8 a run and discover its habits. And the GT, and the GTS and the careera and the F50 and the Jag R.
