Rattle Low Revs Under Load

Did a bit of a search but nothing seemed to come well

I have a BF2 Xr6t. Engine is stock ( besides a turbo oil feed but would have no effect) about 135K

On take off there is a a rattle kid of sound when below about 2K rpm. If I ride the clutch massively and keep revs up it seems not be as prevalent. Does not happen when free revving so harder to diagnose.

Is super bad on hill starts when towing track car. so seems to be dependent on load/revs

Have done an oil change using 40 weight oil. Seems to be same before and after ( not sure what was used) as not sure as its an oil pressure issue, but no oil press gauge. Was gong to try a 50 next change.

Or is it something like a timing chain guide/tension issue

Just trying to get all the maintenance issues out of the way like this and fixing a worbing noise from the back ( wheel bearings? ) before I start modding unlike usual hahah

I get the 'Noise' when going up my steep drive to get in to my Garage under the House. The ' Noise ' was there from new... To me it sounds like the Clutch-System. :mda: ??

Reckon it is the clutch. Guessing........but 135K and weighted uphill starts...might be the springs in the driven plate.

It had a new clutch put about 9 months ago, just before I bought it

Think it was just a standard exedy replacement
