05/02/04 09:21 AM05/02/04 09:21 AM #2 oh yeah - I constantly opt for the XR6T over the train...dunno why infact, I will gladly pay $30 parking fee to avoid catching public transport...I loath it!poor buggers today, all under ground stations were evacuated due to a gas leak?
05/02/04 09:24 AM05/02/04 09:24 AM #3 I refuse to travel on conveyances for the great unwashed!!Public transport is just another form of collectivism designed to remove freedom from the individual and replace it with a colelctive (read Communist, Socialist etc) mindset. If it is that bloody good why is it always breaking down, late and unreliable!!!

Yes I believe the great Communist Mass that is the commuting public were indeed "toasted" for the 2nd day a rowIm thinking that Driving to work (as I do) is still the best and smartest choice!Cameron
05/02/04 11:32 AM05/02/04 11:32 AM #8 If it is that bloody good why is it always breaking down, late and unreliable!!! Probably because its been pushed into a Public Private Partnership deal where the Corporation takes the profits and the Public pays the wages and maintainence. The fact that the lessening of union structure has created less pride and less passion and commitment in doing the job right hasn't helped either...
