I've taken it back to the shop that did it and they put more loctite on it but now the clunk is back and once again bolt is loose and I try to tighten it but it just keeps turning and won't get tight.. Any suggestions would be great

Don't waste your time with thread repair they don't last. New factory hat and bolt will be fine or you can get an upgraded hat from malwood or others
