Spewing mate

Who did the original tune/work

Tuff tune at tuggerah. It looks like someone has tried to be a backyard hero on it too though, luckily the only codes that came up were overboost and too rich. No more boosting for a while!

Probably Ford, when it was built lol.

Hopefully it's not a lemon mate.

I really hope not, shoulda just stuck with my farking FG

Yeah definitely no boosting , take it to one of the better shops in Sydney and get them to go over the car.

So pulled the whole thing apart today.

Ripped the eboost out, pulled all the piping and crossover off, the solenoid the battery everything.

What we found:

The intake is just sitting there doing nothing as the pipe going to the front of the turbo can't even be clamped the curve is to sharp

The eboost piping must have had a thousand leaks

Pissed the dirty hks BOV off and returned the stock one.

New piping from BOV to vacuum on inlet

New piping from stock solenoid to actuator

New piping from boost sensor to intake pipe.

Cleaned solenoid

Tightened everything

Fixed gauges

Installed single din head unit and USB ports

Runs heeeaaappppsss smoother and better, but still gunna stay off boost until it's looked at

Successful night!
