Hey guys,

I'm looking to lower my Fg xr6 N/A. I mainly use it for highway travel and have the boot pretty full with stuff sometimes. I don't have a huge budget so I was thinking of going with a set of these shockers and SSSL springs all round. Also the car s on 20s at the moment.

Thanks Roweyy

Excel-G shocks are basically just a standard replacement for the Falcon, nothing fancy just a factory style shock. They will do the job but it probably won't like the SSSL ride height and may not ride great

I can't really afford bilsteins or koni reds at the moment so what would be a better option?

Monroe sport are better designed for lowered cars

Wait till you can afford them, it's better to wait and pay once and be happy.
