With $20k spend on mods including wheels , exhaust, suspension and brakes , should deliver the weapon you appear to want for the estimated budget.

Again depending on your overall spend and time you wish to achieve your wants, you can see from the forum garages , many have achieved what you appear to want starting with either car . It's no secret you will be able to find a cheaper high k turbo and build it towards your desired car for a lesser overall cost, against starting with the supercharged eight. They re both excellent cars, bot very different and either would be welcomed in anyone 's garage taking pride of place next to their current car.
