Black_S15 Member 90 Member For: 16y 7m 19d Gender: Male Location: sydney Posted 13/08/13 02:02 PM Posted 13/08/13 02:02 PM hi guys,recently on cold start my engine temperature guage goes straight past the half way mark and past the 3/4 mark...how can this be possible when the car hasn't been turned on for days and its completely cold??.did a coolant flush and had thermostat replaced to try and fix problemstill the same issue. sometimes it sits normally on the 1/2 way mark and fluctuates...when I pop the bonnet it is not hot at all and appears to be at very normal temps.the car has never driven better but im just a bit confused as it is concerning sometimes when you say the needle past the 3/4 markany ideas or help would be appreciatedcar is an BF2 F6 typhoon 100,000 km on the clockcheers

I'd assume it was time for a new one, but I'm not a car fixer upper.
