I need some help changing the oxygen sensor on my 2006 BF XR6T.

Please take a look at the attached image and let me know where the sensor is and how I get to it.

Lol its the thing with the big arrow going to it, remove heatshield and apply 22mm spanner

Yep, got the arrow, but I haven't removed the heat shield before.

Is the sensor actually on the exhaust manifold?

Yes mate an exhaust sensor reads exhaust gas so its actually through the exhaust manifold reading the gas

Is that even the right pic for the car? My heat shield doesn't look like that

yeah but it's looking from the rear

you will need to undo the two exhaust manifold bolts that hold the heat shield in 13mm? and the 10mm? bolt that is towards the bottom of the heat shield
