Hi stupid question but when I changed my drive shafts the clips that came with them seems too large and I could not get the shaft into the diff, so I used the old ones from the original shaft.....could this cause problems? im trying to find a wooping sound in teh rear and read it could be the shaft sliding out.....they did "clip in" okish I guess.......unless I use the ones that came with it, but then id have to hit them in as there was no way of getting them in haha

im assuming sedan... are you using standard parts, should be something "V8 LHS issue AA01 blah blah." I think the territory axles are the same though.

Have you got a pic of the 2 setups side by side? (most likely not) what about a pic of the bigger clip on the old shaft?

Yes and yes.

Got very annoyed for half an hour trying to install the new shafts while resisting the urge to grab a hammer. Then I inspected the c clips and compared them to the OEM ones.
