Xr8/6 Back Spoiler

I was in NZ a couple of weeks ago and saw in the hotel car park an XR8 that not only had a Herrod 320+KW badge on it, but at the rear it had an additional spoiler ontop of the factory one

Kinda like the old AU XR's which had the add on black spolier to the rear

The XR8 was Citric Acid with the black spolier integrated ontop, looked factory, and did not make it look cheap or sh*tty like a rice burner, in fact with the lowered suspension and the 2 Herrod badges on it looked tough.

Anyone know whether this spolier was from the old AU's? Or available as something new for the BA's?

hey JBXR6T, that sounds like its off the old Au XR's....

There isnt anuthing Genuine relased from ford like that...

It may be aftermarket.... throught Kit places or Spoiler Joints...

Yeah Marty69, definately looked factory. Fitted like a glove as well. Maybe worth looking at, don't know whether ford would still have them though, maybe wreckers???

I also think Herrods do a twin spoiler kit as well? I remember seeing a photo of a red XR in here somewhere...... :o

Yep that's it Dagabond, is that Factory or aftermarket like Herrod????

Would explain if it was Herrod ,as this XR looked like it had had some $$$ spend on it , cross drilled disks, exhaust etc, as I said it had 2 herrod badges on it different ones each side!

I'm pretty sure that it is a Herrod Tail.
