Cant speed if your car is stuffed. Or if you coated the windsreen in it to mimic driving in heavy rain. Then you would do 40km/h everywhere.Or if you jammed a handful down your jocks then you would be busy scratching yourself and not speedingOr if you chucked it in your ladies face in the passenger seat.
