You might as well put a cage in it, e85 loves alot more advance so you'll be in the 10's using this fuel.

I'm still waiting on proof that the standard fuel tank, swirl pot, float etc are compatable with E85

Dont know of any that have failed yet only time will tell.

If your rail is dual feed you will need to do like what I have done and use a y fitting to split into 2 lines and have each side going into the fuel rail.

none of the tech articles I have read have mentioned it being 100% corrosive resistance at all, all mention possible damage to system if not 100% ethanol compatible

Ratter, doesn't pump e85 have anti corrosives in it? I'm pretty sure it does.

They do add these additives to E85..

Oh and Ratter, I did have a problem with the surgetank hoses, they were cracked to a inch of its life, process west have given me new ones but he couldnt work out why they were like that as they were meant to be E85 compatible.

I had an issue with some Gates E85 hose that failed, had a rep from Gates come to the shop, reimbursed me for the time, went away and organised the hose compound to be changed so as not to happen again, you may have had some of this early hose
