Hey I bought a HDi x01-r kit for my ba typhoon and attempted to fit it this weekend. But found the air con condenser pipes would be in the way of the cooler sitting where it needs to be. Just wondering if anyone has had this problem? and how they got around it?

Cheers

Kal

You need to slowly bend the line out of the way,try and do it in one motion slowly as it reduces fatigue on the line. The line is rather thick but just do this as a precaution approach.

Thanks gtexxed. So should I bend it away from the radiator, towards the front of the car? It feels pretty solid...

Up and in a tad bloke.I had to move mine twice as much as yours looks so you should be right.I had to bend the line that comes out of condenser also, its the thinner black one.

bit of a long shot. but you wouldnt know if typhoons and xr6t's have different mounting kits? im positive they've sent me the wrong brackets. Very fast reply on the e-mail. But they seem to have no idea what im talking about. even with photos I've taken :/

if you have a look at this link. scroll down to the lower intercooler bracket assembly. it says to attach it to the power steering cooler, located under the radiator support.

but on my car. it located on the front/ top of the radiator..
