Mine did the same thing. If I reved it before selecting a gear the problem would arise! Replaced the tps and never had the problem again. And when removing the old screws don't stop undoing the screws untill there out because if not done in one movement there likely to snap as there loctited in from factory. TPS wont fix everything that goes wrong with a falcon, unbeknownst to some...
