it's a code set by the o2, but that does not mean the o2 is faulty

mmmmm ok well I deleted the code from the flash tuner and went for a drive and the engine light hasnt come back up yet....

any idea what it might be if its not the o2???

should it be something to be worried about?

Those error codes P1131 and P1132 will be your O2 sensor, low voltage signal or something like that. New O2 sensor, reset

ECU

and she's done

well I havent driven my car for about 3 weeks and my battery is nearly flat would that have something to do with it?

#8

Well, wait and see if it comes back.

If it does, sounds like the O2 sensor is suspect.

Don't think the long spell without driving and flat battery would be the cause. My car gets driven infrequently, and have had a flatish battery several times, but never any codes as a result.

o2's get replaced frequently for no reason except they are doing their intended job, reporting what is happening, yes they do fail from time to time and need to be replaced, but if there is other issues with the car car, replacing them will not fix the problem although it may appear that way for a while
