dont need surge tank unless 85.

98 will be fine with intank upgraded pump.

what are the benefits of fuel pump and surge tank? (I havent really read into them much)

_{Factor in a waste gate port and a 8 or 12lb actuator just in case there is boost control issues during tuning.}

I talked to the guy there and he said theres no point porting it coz it wont really do much? He also said I should probably upgrade the turbo...but I dont wanna do that

If you do the full turbo back exhaust you may need to? I did, as others have too.
