Hi,

I have a G6ET that has been raised by the 1st owner (looks like a 4wd) and I want it to go back to the standard ride height. I have enquired and it seems to be around the $500 mark supplied and fitted with pretty much standard height springs. K-Mac suspension has advised me that they can reset the raised pedders springs to the factory ride height.

Is this any good as its alot cheaper to do this but I dont want to mess up the ride quality of the car.

Its a big question mark when re-setting. It may be fine, it may be lop sided, the height might be ok for 3 years or 3 months, you just don't know.

Are the springs grey or red? If grey don't bother re-setting, they are Pedders low quality imported coils that use poor slaggy steel

There the red springs. Im from the lower mountains you guys are in penrith, how much would it cost to supply & fit springs? But has to be factory height as I also have driveway issues like the last owner just not as bad.
