Fg Sub Install In Spare Wheel Well

Hey guys, has anyone had a removable sub box fitted to their spare wheel well? I'm looking to to install one in my car, but don't know how well it would work. Any info or pics would be appreciated.

I'm sure it's been done plenty of times. Just get your box dimensions right and ensure you dynamat the wheel well.

Spare wheel removed or upside down so you get maximum size with wheel still there? I was thinking about doing it to an older car I had. Grill would sit flush with the floor so you lose no boot space. Grill would have a security door like insert put in to prevent anything heavy on it damaging it. There was a write up I was going to go off but unfortunately lost the link. When I'm on the comp next I can have a look for it if you want?

Spare wheel upside down, the car is a daily driver for the mrs, so I don't wanna leave her up $hit creek without a paddle if she gets a flat.

Don't go out of your way shyfrd, but if you happen to stumble across it, the write up would be great.

now and then u see an ebay listinf for a sub box that sits on the side of the boot and takes little room , I run 2 of them and they are good,

and you can make it removable
