yeh it is oils cumming out the top

what does this sensor do I take it that it would throw up a light on the dash low oil or something to that effect? maybe bump up the idle at turn?

It tells the pcm that the power steering is activated, pcm raises idle speed slightly if you turn the wheels at idle.

You dont need the loom, if you change the sensor for one that doesn't leak it wont pump the back of the plug out, bit since it appears you have superglued you plug too the sensor your probably about phucked. :bangcomputer:
