Great bike, very light. I just went for a ride (it's been awhile) got a total of 30 mins then had to walk lol. And that 30 mins was slow riding on flat ground lol Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/77773-bike-riding-thread/page/9/#findComment-1166746 Share on other sites

Last time I went riding with someone, one is a gym nut and the other is an amateur road racer. I got fkn owned.they couldn't keep up on the downhill parts though Edited 07/12/11 12:23 AM by Paulie2256 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/77773-bike-riding-thread/page/9/#findComment-1166748 Share on other sites

I used to be very very fit but hurt my back pretty bad. I'll probably never get much better than where I am now as riding the bike f***n kills me the next day. You can always get fitter than you were. It's just a matter of doing it every day. I get some good motivation going sometimes where I go out everyday for 3-4 months but miss one or two days and it ends.
