your valve springs will handle alot more that you want to put threw them. guys like stainless have about 330rwks with there's. save your money springs are cheap but putting them in is not.

yeh that's a fair enough call, I know thier cheap as a part but yeh your right about labour they charge an arm n leg close to 800 bucks. If a valve goes, could it screw my entite engine

yeah they can, you can drop a valve and then it will hit a piston. but no need to worry until you hit big power.
