the crash bar is plastic, use a grinder, be there all day with a hacksaw, takes about 20 seconds tops, make sure you measure twice cut once, and ffs dont cut the lugs off !!, just gut where you see it in the picture and you cant go wrong

just get some one off here to do it like I did haha makes it real easy!!

CHLAXN, why did you remove the headlights?? you dont go near em

yeah probably dont have to mate but I took them off to make more room for my self as I had no instructions.. finally finished off the engine bay now process west gear looks the goods.. :buttrock:

Finally got it in nice man :) after all you have to cut threw damm

Na not yet mate I am doing it next saturday, just studing the instructions I wanna do it right :spoton:

what ecu cover is this?

car is looking great.

exactly the look ill be going for on mine shortly.

dont suppose anyone knows if process west do a black cooler at all?

It's a PWR ecu cover just had it powdercoated black.. Yeah pretty sure they do black coolers mummba has a black 1 on his ute.

have you had any thoughts about getting your pwr rad tank powdercoated to balance the rest of the bits out?

it almost looks out of place in there now as the only polished item.
