Try leaving the wife/girlfriend (circle one) at home and see if that eliminates the problem. :turboboink:

Lots of possibilities, one could be tyre noise. Some brands of tyres are known to get noisier as they wear down. How many k's on the tyres?

its a 2009 Fg, brought it low milage 2nd in 2010,, no towbar no hard lid, noise has only just started, only happens around 107 to 114 km/hr, and only when I accellerate, doesnt matter what gear its in either, if I back off the sound goes away?

am going in for a wheel alignment tomorrow to rule that out..

Its driving me mad?? diff maybe?? but that was only replaced 6 months or so ago..
