These cars generate and retain a lot of heat and that effects horsepower and hence you are down a couple MPH. Cooling the car down between runs may help you be more consitent.In my experience, 1 tenth improvement in the 60 footer equates to about 1.5 tenths at the finish line. An in general you will see a slight drop in MPH.
