Hi all

Just wondering whether anyone has changed over their OEM tyres on an FG XR6? Pricing on OEM's is around $500/tyre and the only other similar quality tyre (I.e. reasonable wearing rubber and low noise) appears to be a Bridgstone Adrenalin at around $400/tyre. Anyone had experience with the Bridgestone Adrenalin or other they could recommend?

FMI - Tyres did around 27,000kms. How does this compare with others for mileage??

The dunflops will not be going back on mine. Mate has fitted Sumitomo HTR ZIII on his and they are excellent - were cheap too. They rated as good as or better than the Bridestone RE001's during testing (some motor mag I read). Give them a look in.

The Goodyear Eagle F1 Assymetrics are good - good reviews and I use them myself. I paid about $225 per corner. Bought mine from Beauripairs in Box Hill. Also check out TireRack in the US. Several guys on here have had genuine makes delivered to them cheaper than buying locally. Check the Wheels and Handling section on this forum for more hints and details :beerchug:
