If you have a XCAL 2 or 3 plug it up and run a diagnostic to see if any fault codes are present. You can also try pulling the pipe off the throttle body and giving the throttle body a good clean with some carby cleaner. In respect to the o2 sensor it is usually checked against the factory specified voltages using a multimeter. A capable tuner can check all this whilst on the Dyno and can data log the o2 sensor values as well whilst its in closed loop. I think you have been seeing the wrong tuners if they can't sort out an idle problem. Siemens injectors are known to most times cause a slight stutter in the iddle but not to the point where you would say it has a bad idling problem.

Im running 60LB Dekas and my car idles better than stock. Just need the correct scaling, V offset and a bunch less advance at idle (thanks toady!) and it'l idle like a dream.

Assuming you have no preexisting mech faults

yes its a very noticable problem. Chuked the x3 in and no codes come up.

Thing is when it was tuned the idle was fine for a day or 2 then it come back, slowly getn worse....got me stuffed

Carby cleaner was one of the 1st things I tried to no avail

Get it smoked tested for leaks on the manifold. You could also try resetting the TPS by holding your foot flat while you wind the engine over for about 10sec. Has it got new plugs? Sounds like the injectors may not be scaled correctly especially when they wouldn't be working very hard to keep up with 247rkw. Standard ones can handle that.

This doesnt reset the TPS. it resets the cam phasers. the TPS self tests and resets everytime the keys is turned on.

Doubt its injectors scaling as OP said it has the same issues on stock injectors and stock tune.

Didd the TPS reset. no change. Plugs are round 10thou ks old but are platinum plug which I was told should last 100ks. When plugs were change and re gapped the issue was still there... See it could be the injectors, but like I said before , seems unlikley seeing it was doin the same thing before they were put in.....
