Open the drivers door to use up any residual power.Put the terminal back back on.Also check your boost solenoid hoses are both connected securely.

If you switch from SUBERIBLE to SUBMERSIBLE, it may fix the issue. On that note, I've been using a clear reinforced food grade hose. It costs about $3 a meter and have not had any issues in 2.5 years.
