Was the weekend Shepparton got flooded. Didn't see the pothole till last minute...blew front left and buckled beyond repair and buckled rear left also beyond repair. Put claim through to Vicroads and still haven't heard anything back and its been 3 months. Forked out of my own pocket and decided to go 19"s on the fronts and 20"s on the back. Will change the back when I can be bothered.Good Luck with the claim. "and if you drive on our roads with 20 in rims...your a bloody idiot " :-D Why do you think I stick with standard 17in rims (potholes, to keep it a sleeper and I'm a povo!). Quality of the Townsville and North Qld roads up here sucks d!ck... Feel like a f1 driver on warm up lap dodging side to side down a main road.Sent from Galaxy S using TapatalkDitto, Potholes everywhere here. Found out today 3 of my stock dark argents are buckled. Hit a big one on the Peak downs hwy plus a couple of small ones.Does going the council route work? Thinking of hitting up insurance, mmm BBS CH blacks. I just can't imagine what 19s or 20s would be like. The only thing for me would be to not to go out in the rain at all. That's when the pathetic attempts at repairing potholes would just get worse.Haven't had to replace a 17 tyre, though I have hit some freakin' deep potties since. Keep the buggers pumped up to ~40psi too.
