Dyno Junkie Member 254 Member For: 18y 2m 8d Gender: Male Location: Ascot, Western Australia Posted 26/09/10 10:24 PM Share Posted 26/09/10 10:24 PM The XR8 airbox and snorkle fit, with a little bit of trimming.The opening of the XR8 snorkle is designed to fit an XR8 bonnet, as such the leading edge needs to be trimmed back.Also don't forget to drill two new holes in the bonnet underside and move the rubber seal back so that it doesn't block the new larger snorkle opening. Posted 27/09/10 02:41 AM Share Posted 27/09/10 02:41 AM The fit with the shroud is not perfect and does sit a little wonky because of the cold side piping. I got a little strip of carpet wedged under the airbox to lift it up and give a bit of clearance between the snorkle and cold side piping, also makes for a good fit with the shroud.
