We are all sensitive when it comes to our chosen proffesions. Most of us don't know what good work is done by the Police and of course we only see the public side of Policing via radar traps etc.

that's why I am all for Police to do Police work and revenue raising to be done by public servants or whatever trained to do the job.

Its not Police work. Catching crims is and looking after the community is much more important.

A visable presence on the road after the %^^&heads would reap much bigger rewards in any event.....

I drove 4000Km two weeks ago and If I had been a HWP car I could not have kept up with the law breakers. I could of easily booked 200 drivers for all sorts of things, mainly lane changing without indicating.

How many HWP cars did I see From Brisbane to Melbourne? 2....

I rest my case your honour!

"It seems the revenue raisers of Queensland aren't immune."

Do we have to go throught this again ?

accountants are "bean-counters", doctors "quacks", professors "absent minded", parking inspectors "brown bombers", power station shift managers "drive funny colored cars" and on and on it goes... These are fairly common stereotypes (except maybe the last one), and I know that doesn't make them right, but I wouldn't take it personally VG, nor as a slur on your chosen profession.

Strange ain't it......One minute I'm driving a bland, insipid coloured car, the next I'm driving a 'funny coloured car'.

Now anyone who has seen Citric Acid, Blood Orange, Acid Rush will tell you.....they are funny colours. :D

Just getting some of the 'heat' away from ya VG. <_<

Poor police officers... the poor guys were stuck in having to drive that death trap crapadore..... they just wanted a lift and when they couldn't keep up any more decided to go home....

I cant stand police idiots like that ... I have a red capri turbo which just screams out pull me over... Ive been pulled over for not indicating for 3 seconds when changing lane... mind you after the cop car had been following me for 10 mins solid....

Jelous pricks...

Only takes one bad apple.

Gotta be brave enough to spit out the bad bit and enjoy the rest of the good stuff.
