What Actuator Is This?

Gday, I recently got a new actuator put on and im wondering what type of actuator it is.

It has a bar code on it with

445963 - 135

58330 04160

The reason im asking is because ive had boost issues and im trying to figure out why my boost is rising to 16psi ~ before I back of the throttle.

And ive got the actuator connected directly to the turbo

It's a 6 lb actuator

depending on when the boost in inscreasing in the rpm, you could have a jammed flapper, bad actuator or in need of a port job and larger flapper.

Its a brand new actuator, and I can move the wastegate back all the way, there is no exhaust leaks or boost line leaks... shouldnt it only get to 6psi then stop?

You would expect unless the wastegate port is too small, where is it getting too much boost? as it comes on or as the rpm builds?

is the dump pipe standard? what else have you changed? sh*t dont just overboost for the fun of it;)

it has a 4" dump to 5" Cat to twin 2'5", I can hold put my throttle to half and it will stay around 6, but when I go full it will rise to 16+ psi

you are not answering the main question, what rpm? if you want help you need to give the correct info

Hi Sounds like it needs a bigger wastegate flap. Cheers MD
