Dump Pipe, Help

I live in melb. I wanted to use the xforce 3.5 dump but now I'm worry that the modded flap touching the dump pipe.

I ended up just grinding the inside out a bit, fixed the problem, but then it sat on 17psi, told its from having no cat but I dont think they haven't ported it out enough just got a small plate restricting the dump atm to keep it down to 15psi

making 330rwkw which is not quite what I expected considering it made that befor the wastegate mod

This explains my issues controlling boost after new turbo. I have ported wastegate and flapper and using split dump. Looks like I'll have to use a 4 inch dump. I only just bought my split dump to replace my old split dump which blew out at the welds. If I had of known this I wouldve gone 4 inch from the start.

Remove the c clip from the actuator arm and move the flap manually with the dump pipe bolted on to see if it fouls. Don't forget that the flap only lifts off its seat maybe 10-15mm. It doesn't swing fully open like a door.

You know that the Flapper and port mods arent power mods? More for safety in boost control...
