hey guys

just picked up a cheap f6 cooler, should I get it pressure tested????? make sure there is no leaks????

and also I couldnt find any helpfull links on actually painting the cooler, like a how to, prep work etc!!!!!

any help would be great cheers

Hold your hand over one end and wrap your mouth around the other end... Then see if your hand comes off when you blow into it really hard...

hahaha, another way is to seal the outlet and dunk the cooler into a big bucket of water vertically(inlet and oulet facing down), so the air is trapped in the cooler, push down and submerge fully, bubbles with start coming out if there are any leaks...

air nozzle, soapy water and masking tape

tape both outlets up good and proper, make a hole in one to suit your air nozzle, cover cooler with heaps of very soapy water, check for bubbles.
