It's a FG thing...B-series will select performance mode straight away :turboboink:

both are bionic so its a colour thing.. :turboboink:

mine won't change gears properly in manual mode until it's warm - 3 minutes ish. but then it's fine.

So yours could be a temp sensor problem

Do you have an aftermarket gearbox cooler?
