Big long, flat NT roads, nothing but SADs in the morning. I only tried the CC for a laugh, but it does work up to 200 and you can drive on selected bits of road at that speed without suffering instant death. Most people here sit between 130 - 160 kph as I do, except when having some fun. Yep the brakes are ready and yep they're premiums to boot and with the CC on your foot can hover above the brake pedal. As I've said before, the best thing about the T is the acceleration from 100 to whatever, it gets you past the caravans and road trains quick as you like. Here the cops look at your driving, the condition of your car and use discretion, if you're going too fast for the conditions, you get booked, if you drive like an idiot, you get booked. If you're just driving fast, they don't even look. Come up here and have a try, you'd love it.

I did and I do.

Not enough passing areas between Darwin and Union Reefs though.

SADs at 80 kmh, geez you catch them fast.

No Silver, not yellow. All flavours.

Cruise control is a godsend through the 100 and 80 kph zones
