I have PPA boost gauge and it used to sit at just below 5psi that is normal.. it sits at 10psi now.. I can feel the diffrence aswell.. in 3rd 4th and 5th gear if I put my foot down.. the same noise as wen traction control starts and the whole car shakes.. I have to put in the clutch and give it afew revs and then its fine again... any ideas??? wastegate??? CAT???need help please guys
BensXR6T Member 478 Member For: 17y 8m 24d Gender: Male Location: Burpengary QLD Posted 28/02/10 10:36 AM Posted 28/02/10 10:36 AM (edited) Could be a sticking flapper, you might want to take it somewhere to get it checked cos it's gonna be leaning out something fierce @10psi on stock mappings.Other things to check before hand, make sure the hose that runs from turbo to boost controller and boost controller haven't come off and inspect for cracks in them.You sure the the half's hidden inside hoon hasn't come out and flash tuned it Edited 28/02/10 10:37 AM by BensXR6T
