Is this just a case of stripping and cleaning to put the light out.

Fluid is ok, so dont think I have a leak, will check tomorrow when she's dry.The light is on all the time, but really dull, doubt you'd see it in the daytime. Then comes on 2-3 secs every 30 seconds to a minute but at appx half brightness. wipers are off and it is dimly lit.Sorry for long winded type up but brakes worry me. Pretty sure they are fine, good pedal feel, fluid at max etc. Anyone know what the light comes on for? is it abs fault or just low fluid?

The shop took the front brakes off to see what I need to get them replaced, then put them back together. And now last night when I went for a drive, and same thing, brake light was very dimly lit. When you turn accessories, it briefly lights up at full strength, but while driving, comes on no where near as bright as fully lit.So I'm putting it out there again, Anyone with any Ideas?

Which is good considering the lovely scottish weather.
