I changed it the other day and put Valoline Synthetic 10w-40w. Havent seen the Nulon but will keep a look out.Havent changed the T56 oil yet.I did change the fuel filter though. Didin't feel a hole lotta different but if you car has done say 30k, for the $20 or so for the filter (bugger of a job though) its worth it. There is a thread about changing. Biggest issue iot loosenign off the nuts and tightening it. The Rycos need extra tight, the motorcraft fits a bit better.I was really surprised they used 0w-40 though. I alwasy beleived the lower the first number was the vicosity when cold and I would have thought you needed and bit of oil to stay on components when it is off so less wear art startup. But then again, Im a Network Tech, What do I know.
