Flow Matched Injectors

Hi Guys is there any benefit of having flow matched injectors

I mean is it realy that important?

From my understanding, all injectors are flow matched when they come out of the factory. A set of injectors ie Siemens for example specify +/- 5% from factory. This means that no matter which injectors you choose, they will all flow fuel within 5% of one another. This is important in tuning applications because it is ideal to have exactly the same dose of fuel going into each cylinder. Factory injectors can be flow matched to a finer tolerance (say 1% of each other) by grouping injectors into sets after checking their flow rates yet again. In some applications, incorrectly matched injectors could lead to one cylinder running leaner than another, which would spell trouble. I am unsure of the required of the tolerance that these cars require in regard to injector flow matching, so could someone please add to this?
