Pinging sounds like timing or running lean.

You turned up the boost, did you check your fuel map on a dyno?

Id be getting it checked out before melting a piston or taking out a headgasket.

I just got a 4 inch dump and a high flow cat put on my FG today and it went sweet for about 2 hours then bam it died in the arse I guess that's what zap was talking about going all limp. It scared the crap out of me I thought I had blown something good thing for me I only have to wait till tuesday till I get bigger injectors and a tune put in it.

Stickman, you can get 400rwhp with the stock exhaust on your car. Just a tune..

If Vance's orange F6 makes 422rwhp factory. There's no reason you can't tune yours to get close. Just the turbos are a little different between XR and F6.
