You're not likely to run a 10 on your first time out even with the mods in your sig. To do that you'll at least need a fair bit of practice and some ET streets. It isn't quite as easy as it looks, especially getting the launch just right to get the best possible time.

You'll probably run a mid to low 12 or high 11 on street tyres based on the mods in your sig, probably getting faster as the night goes on. You certainly wont get laughed at for a time like that so get out there and have some fun.

Thanks for the vote of confidence, I will be happy to run an 11s pass at any stage, particularly with street tyres, I guess I should get something I don't mind doing a bit of damage to first, just to practice. But it looks like a lovely sunny day, so it looks like the drags will be on... My first time so it should be a great time

So that's your first ever 1/4 mile... that's awesome, how was the rush first time down the run? Is yours manual or auto? I am keen to give it a go, but I need to at least drop down to 17's at the rear, the 19's will just mean crap time.

Did you chat to the guy in the silver boosted falcon there, that looked like a machine... :stirthepot:

that's a good time for the power, I would be really happy with that, I am just biding my time at the moment but I will be out there as soon as I can get a helmet and some smaller rims for potentially more traction.

I haven't seen that silver one before but it sounded great, I don't know how much has put into it, but I know that I have had over 10k put into mine...
