Mine has been twice.

Once at 3000 the next at 7500

No oill or coolant leaks of any type or any other problems at all apart from brakes machined twice 17,400k's. Lucky so far.

6500km big green puddle on floor. :(

Mine was done on the 15000KM service. Diagnosed when they pressure tested the cooling system as part of the service.:thumbsup: I actually thought it wasnt going to happen to me as it had no symtoms except the coolant was orange.
