September 30, 200917 yr #1 How are we fellas?Well got the baby back from the tuner today and im pretty damn happy with the result. We managed to acheive 343.3rwkw @ 15psi. Big jump from my last tune at 281rwkw which was before the cooler kit and turbo mod was done.Mods are: 6 Speed gearbox, Seimens 60lbs injectors, walbro 342 pump, 14psi actuator, atomic springs, turbo wastegate mod, Rapid V3.0 cooler system, xtreme 4" dump & cat with standar rear muffler and middle muffler removed.Car drives unreal and am happy with the result, I cant beleive how much power a cooler kit and wastegate mod could actually acheive. Thanks to Danny from Springy Motors for the tuning tuning & to Chris from RapidSystems for all his help and a wicked cooler setup.
September 30, 200917 yr #3 Author nice mate hope it keeps you happy for a while!!thanks mateyeah I hope it lasts too, but im sure it wont be long before I get the hunger for more
September 30, 200917 yr #4 Great power for the mods.Just out of interest, did you ask the tuner what the power drop at 4500rpm was?
September 30, 200917 yr #5 Author Thanks Robo!! To be honest mate, and this might sound stupid, but I dont know how to tell right from wrong on a dyno chart, all I understand is that number in the top right hand corner which put a smile on my face. Havent read them too much to understand them properly and so I didnt even ask.is it bad?
October 1, 200917 yr #6 Author I need some help reading this, im posting a scan of my dyno chart which shows torque.now if im reading correctly it shows almost 1900nm of torque? is that right or is it something else?
October 2, 200917 yr #7 Look at the secondary Y axis which shows torque calculated back to the flywheel (850nm). What clutch have you got in this? You need to get that boost curve smoothed out.....I wouldn't be happy with a dip like that. Your afr's will be wonky as well.

October 5, 200917 yr #10 Dips in the graph can be clutch slip, not that likely in you case. Boost drops off quickly and that's what the dip will be. Needs more boost from 4500rpm....bump it upto 15psi or slightly higher. AFR's are ok. Ask them if they will touch it up for you, won't take that long.
