just a thought.. has anyone tried stroking a 4L engine from a xr6.. just curious as its been done a lot to holdens

Hi, wouldn't that be very expensive for little gain? Even if you managed to find crankshaft etc, it would still cost you much more than a supercharger kit.

I remember this coming up on the forums a while back but I think it was shot down as an idea because the stroke of the I6 is already pretty long (as far as modern petrol engines go AFAIK)
