I was browsing ebay when I came across an intercooler which looked great and has been flowed tested etc.. I wanna put it on my fg xr6t.. its possible yeah, with some slight modifications? dimensions are 450mm w x400mm L x76 mm / 3 inch inlet and outlet

What was there results of the flow testing? The stock coolers also flow well but they don't dissipate heat well.

By the time you organise pipework and messing around you're better off buying a cooler off any of the sponsors. They have been dyno proven to work time after time.

nothing wrong with ebay coolers, I paid more for mine, but the flow is great, keeps air nice and cool, what an intercooler should do.

the neatness of weld doesnt affect performance, just your back pocket.
