It has 60lb inj, huge AVO cooler it, nizpro valve springs. capa flash, and other stuff....Anyway, on the dyno, it gets up to about 270rwkw then flat lines at about 3500 rpm and stops going any higher. It revs out but power still flat lines at 270rwkw....Any ideas what could be the cause? They told me could be some crank angle sensor or somethign with the cam, or the nizpro valve springs might be rooted??? Can't the boys tuning it figure it out? Posted 09/09/09 08:39 AM Author Share Posted 09/09/09 08:39 AM ok well they took exhaust off to see if it had any issue, didnt increase power by all that much so that wasnt the problem, they put new crank sensor, didnt resolve issue, tune is perfect (running a little rich as my request). Good boost and timing....all dyno shows fine for air/fuel....when car was dynoed before AVO mods it dyno'ed at 3000rpm was 225rwkw and flatlined like new dyno (of 275rwkw @ 3000rpm which still flat lines in power). Fuel delivery is fine. They have pressed down on all valve springs and they are fine (and are the nizpro valve springs). They increase the timing/boost and makes f*ck all difference. Turbo is fine, so is compressor, etc. No blue/white smoke blowing from zorst.Bloody hell...what else is there?!I said just put it back to stock boost and see if you get a curve or a flatline. They will try that amongst other things tomorrow....any ideas in the meantime woudl be much appreciated!Anyone with a bayswater built auto having dyno figure issues? The original APS cats had a habit of collapsing Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/61472-having-issues-with-car-on-dynoflatlines/#findComment-931160 Share on other sites
